The Social Media Marketing is a great launch point, as much as a great refresher, it got me thinking, and reviewing critically the various platforms, the course is a brilliant referral for once you have been through it and it has a lot of bonus content that is both helpful as it is informative.
I studied marketing back in its infancy when we needed to pound pavements and pick up phones, this course taught me more than I realised, through understanding Social Media Platforms, that explains clearly and in detail what the purpose and encashment for each platform is. Gave me a good grounding in what Content Marketing is, how to use it, giving me a sense of the best way to create content, follow that on with creating compelling content, it actually ties in and makes sense.
There is a mass of information on SEO, what it is and how to work with it, which 24 years ago didn't even exist! There is even a section in that unit about measuring success. Marketing Frameworks really helped me to tie the other units together. Getting me to think about how to put content together and for what platform.
The courses I have done with Gateway extend as far back as Award of Education and Training, and more recently the Level 5 Education and IQA. These new online courses really need you to put the work in to get a pass at the 75% min or 100% max...
This Social Media Marketing course has been brilliant, I have an understanding, and clearer picture of what I should be doing and also not doing.
