Do not worry! We deliver our online courses across two separate learning platforms to ensure we assign you the correct tutor(s) for your choice of course(s).
If you purchased online courses within the last 24 hours, your assigned tutor(s) will email you the next business day.
The email from your tutor(s) will include information about your course purchase, including your login details for any other Gateway online course(s) you purchased.
Waited longer than 24 hours? Gateway tutors and our admin team will answer your questions Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm GMT.
