Each lesson has a theme, so for example “Mindset for Success” and here the child will find a video where they can learn to understand their own mindset, with strategies given to help them improve their mindset and their self-worth. Every lesson includes a task that the child can easily do, and this will help them to really take note of what it is they’ve learnt and have something to use in case they face a similar problem in the future.

Aromatherapy for beginners

Really easy course will do the level 3 aromatherapy now , as interested in alternative treatments. Platform straight forward easy to follow and theres a 20 questions test at the end , really easy and informative information and theres also a booklet to print out , Beth was available if needed and replies quickly grt starter course for beginners , really enjoyed it
. There is so much information available online,I would recommend anyone who is interested to book as its brilliant and you wont be disappointed.
