In this course, you will learn the art of Face Yoga and Mapping for holistic skincare – this course is perfect for skincare enthusiasts and professionals in the well-being industry.

The aim of this course is three-fold. It begins with a brief overview of how our skin works and why changes occur with age. With this understanding, we are able to hone our skills and skincare expertise for ourselves and our clients.

The course then moves into Part One to explore in detail the art of Traditional Chinese face mapping, Ayurvedic face mapping and modern face mapping.

Through this journey, we learn about ancient customs versus modern ones and how we can bring the two together to provide a well-rounded holistic approach to our daily skincare routines.

We learn about the three doshas, recipes we can use to create our own holistic skincare products and how to solve modern-day skincare problems with a holistic and authentic approach.

The course then moves into how we can use the ancient tradition of face yoga to prevent, protect and reverse the signs of ageing. In Part Two of the course, we explore an extensive library of face yoga exercises while providing different approaches to different areas of the face.

We don’t just write about it; we provide practical illustrations and an extensive video library with 17 videos, covering technical aspects, as well as the key face yoga exercises from the forehead to the chin.

At the end of the course, there are two downloadable PDFS, one covering all the illustrations used (The Face Yoga and Mapping Pack) and the other an extensive Face Mapping Workbook for those in the well-being industry who wish to incorporate the treatment into their business.
