Course Aim:
The aim of this course is to guide you through requirements for starting or massively improving your therapy business to become successful as a business for both Beauty and Holistic therapists, whether they are looking to work in spa, salon or mobile as a beauty or massage therapist or both. The industry continues to grow and the demand for therapists, spas and salons has increased. Running your own business can be very rewarding, offering you freedom in your working life and responsibility for your own success.
This online course will look into the questions you need to ask yourself and market research you should undertake before embarking on your exciting journey.
The course also covers key decisions you will need to make with regard to setting your niche market, how you set your business up financially, including costs and tax requirements and how to create a business plan.
We will look at insurance requirements, qualifications and professional organisations and regulations. We will also explore the advantages and disadvantages of working in a spa, salon at home or mobile and the importance of building a rapport with clients.
This is an accredited course, giving you the tools to start your therapy business or improve the one you already have.
